PS: Is your Pod leaking?
Leaking can occur when the liquid is pulled up into the air path due to one of the following reasons:
Puffing aggressively on the mouthpiece – try puffing gently.
Squeezing or biting the pod as you puff – relax your mouth on the mouthpiece.
Hard suction can also be drawling liquid into your mouth.
The pod has not been used for a while causing the pod to flood – change your pod regularly every 1-3 weeks depending on use.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing. It's not completely managed by us, since we have multiple organizations, such as the factory and the storage. So the actual stock may alter at any time. It's possible that your order will become unfulfilled after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have gone in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
For your item to be eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
